A homemade toy box, a mobile home, and a sick toddler make for an interesting Christmas. Fortunately I was quick thinking and came up with a strategy to save the day.

Christmas Stockings

Mom made our Christmas stockings. You'll just have to trust me when I tell you that the ones I tried to make years later for my own family were a feeble attempt to re-create Mom's. Hers were much nicer, at least in my recollection.
